Installation Notes
Before Installation:
- unloading ,take care of packing,especially the surface of flooring.Please roll or move the rolls in the direction that we roll the flooring,not in reverse direction.
All rolls please be stand up in the installation facilities for at least 24 hours,let the flooring assimilate the room's temperature and humidity.
- .The ground must be do waterproof.If it is a new built venue,or new doing self leveling treatment,then the installation only be done after the ground dry. For new built venue,the ground should wait at least 3-6 months before doing the installation of flooring.
All ground should be level,dry,no cracks,no sands and dust.Including concrete,ceramic tiles,wood floor...
IF there is cracks or not level,then must fill and level up by gypsum powder or putty powder.
Full Glue Installation:
- Lay out and put all flooring together to the suitable position.then unroll a half of one roll,and scraping a certain glue on the ground,when the glue are almost near to dry when we touch it by hand (about 10-20 minutes),then Glue the flooring on the ground.
- Using a wood bord to press and pushing the flooring surface to make sure there is no bubble or air between the ground and floor.finally,press and roll the flooring surefafe by professional metal roller.
- Grooving: should be test grooving and welding on one small pc of flooring firstly. make sure the groove depth is about 1/2 thickness of flooring, grooving the same width on both edges of two rolls
- Welding:Make sure the temperature is set to 8.5-9.5 marking,almost reach 850-900 degree centigrade.Then pull the welding gun to welding the rod with flooring together.
- Using the moon blade knife cut the ledge of welding rod to make sure the flooring surface smooth.
Cleaning work:
Using a damp mop to clean the flooring.confirm there is no water left on the surface.
Other accessories recommend:
GLue: recommend water based glue,specially the brands will tell it is only for PVC rolls installation.Make sure use the thicker glue, not thinner one.
Paint for drawing courtline:
It is screen printing ink. Some brands will tell you for pvc flooring courtline drawing.
The thinner: main content is Olifine acid,not the nitro.
You will easily to find them in hardware shop.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Instruction:
In order to make your floor reach the ideal performance, and to extend its service life, it needs protect and daily maintenance, which will affect the beauty and service life time. Almost all the sports floors have court lines, (either painted or affixed on the surface). The maintenance of these lines is necessary while the sports floor is maintained, so that these lines will not be damaged, or moved out of their places, the doorway rug is needed. Regular maintenance will make the floor surface intact and extend its durability. The cycle of the maintenance depends on its natural condition and how hard it is used. The floor must be cleaned daily either by mop or by vacuum, cleaner. Hand cleaning is suggest for a small area, and for a medium-sized area machine cleaning is preferable. No cleaning devices are permitted if they damage the floor. One may clean the floor with neutral detergent and afterwards wash the floor with the clean water and dry it with water suction machine. Or mop the floor dry. In this way the filth maybe avoided to accumulate on the floor. One may use the same way to cleanse the floor of footsteps and stains.
Maintenance Rates:
Daily Cleaning: 1 per day

Weekly cleaning: 1 per 1-2 weeks
Sweeping with mop firstly,and pour neutral detergent or alkaline detergent if soiled.
Mechanical washing to complete spreading and cleaning of the entire floor surface.
Deep cleaning: 1 per 1-2 months
Sweeping with mop firstly,and pour special detergent or alkaline detergent with high wetting power on the flooring,especially the shoe scuffing or resin, then wait 8-10 minutes,hand by brush,mop or mechanical washing.afterwards wash the floor with clean water and dry the floor by mop.
Precautions:
- No pressing ,extrusion and cutting
- Keep the surface away from sharp objects
- No cleaning with strong acidity or any corrosive chemical solvent that could damage the PVC
surface treatment.
- No cleaning with any abrasive cleaning equipment that could damage the PVC surface
treatment.(such as scouring pads,steel wool etc)
- Keep away from fire and high temperature
- No wearing high-heel shoes, any shoes soles that is easy to color fading ,especially the black
rubber sole on the flooring.
- Never use rubber caps or mat,could use PVC caps or mat instead.
Tips and Advice
- Rust
Apply an anti-rust or oxalic acid. Rinse thoroughly.
- Paint or grease or adhesive marks
Use the solvent for the paint or adhesive marks if known.If not, use white spririt etc. If the taint proves hard to remove, do not persist.
Wipe and rinse the floor thoroughly after applying the solvent
- Rubber marks/Shoe marks
Apply an alkaline detergent (such as dynatech trophy from Tara professional) to shoe marks,leave to act for 5 minutes.Put it off.
- Chewing Gum
Apply a freeze spray to the chewing gum,then remove it with a plastic spatula

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film and a mop. Never use an abrasive cleaner, oil cleaner, or dish detergent.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is not recommended that you walk on your SPC floor after installation for at least 24
hours. You can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC generally cannot be removed, but can be hidden or
concealed. To remove scuff marks try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Then wipe the scuff away with a soft cloth. Be sure to
wipe the SPC floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterwards, as these solutions can leave.
11. What is the average lifetime of a vinyl floor?
The lifetime of vinyl flooring varies widely because differences in the quality of the product greatly impacts its longevity. Vinyl flooring generally lasts from five to 30 years. How well you care and maintain your floor will also impact how long it lasts
