SPC Structure

There are 5 layers in the structure of SPC Flooring, including the UV Coating, Wear Layer, Decorateive Layer, Base Layer and Anti-slip layer with different functions on it.

1. UV Coating: Be exposed to the UV Ray enhancing the function for flooring, such as wear-resistant, anti-bacterial, anti-stratch. etc.

2. Wear layer: Protect the floor from wear and tear for a long time 10~30 years.

3. Decorative layer: Where the pattern comes from, supplying with wood, stone, carpet or more.

4. Base layer: Calcium powder and PVC resin powder are mixed in a certain proportion to form a composite floor covering material, which enhances the pressure resistance of the floor.

5. Anti-slip layer: It is made of IXPE or EVA for the non-slip of floor, as well as sound-proof.

Based on different customer requirements, we can produce SPC flooring in various sizes. On the left are our standard sizes, with the most popular being 180*1230mm. In addition to this, we can also produce tile-like sizes, typically 300*600mm and 450*900mm, which closely resemble natural stone. Furthermore, we can produce 125*625mm in a herringbone shape. Any other sizes you require can also be customized.

Installation

SPC flooring, with its unique clicking system, demonstrates significant advantages in installation. Unlike traditional flooring methods, SPC flooring requires no additional civil works or glue application. It only needs a flat surface to be installed properly.

Locking System

There are three main locking system in market including Välinge, Unilin and I4F, and our most commonly used patent is Välinge which is fit for most places in the world. And we can also produce the locking system SPC Flooring with the customers's requirement.

Bevel

The primary purpose of beveling is to eliminate height differences that may occur during flooring installation, thereby enhancing the overall aesthetic appearance. There are two main types of bevels:

Micro Bevel: This method only trims the right angle of the wear layer. Since the cut is minimal, the difference is barely noticeable to the naked eye.

Painted Bevel: This method trims both the wear layer and the decorative layer. Since the decorative layer needs protection, the bevel is coated with paint to maintain the floor's durability.

Both types of bevels are popular. Depending on your specific application scenario, we will recommend the most suitable bevel option for you.

1. Are you a factory or manufacturer? What's your capacity? 

Yes, we have two factories located in Jangsu and Shandong. We can produce 300-400 containers SPC per month, 200-300 containers LVT per month, 50-100 contaienrs MGO per month.

2. How do you guarantee the quality of your products? 

We use 100% virgin material and each step is strictly controlled by the QC team to make sure all our products turn out great.

3. How about the delivery time? 

Lead time of first order is 30-35 days since receipt of 30% T/T deposit payment for container order(Free Samples will be prepared within 5 days). The regular order could be finished within 20-25 days.

4. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl floor? 

Yes! We can also provide other different floor types,such as MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll floor etc.

5. Do you charge for the samples? 

According to our company policy, free samples provided, but the freight charges collected by customers.

6. What is your payment terms? 

30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of B/L. We are flexible for VIP clients.

7. Do you provide OEM service? 

Yes, we provide flooring with private label, customized flooring design, size and carton, we also can help you to design the carton, sample swatch to help your sales.

8. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements? 

Yes, we can customize the color design which is unique.

9. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC/LVT/ESPC/MGO flooring? 

To clean dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film and a mop. Never use an abrasive cleaner, oil cleaner, or dish detergent.

10. How to distinguish Chevron VS  Herringbone correctly?

Although Herringbone and Chevron floor are two styles of parquetry, they're both very different flooring designs.
